- 1/4 cup sliced green onion

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spread almonds and cashews on a baking sheet. Place in oven and toast for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.

3. In a large bowl, mix together diced carrots, celery, onion and cooked ramen noodles.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together orange juice, honey, sesame oil, green onion and cilantro.
5. Pour the dressing over the noodle and vegetables mix and mix until everything is evenly coated.
6. Top the dish with toasted almonds and cashews, as well as dried cranberries.
7. Serve the noodle salad at room temperature or chilled.
